Each university has their own requirements for GPAs and German language & IELTS language requirements. However, generally 60% or above are considerable. Bachelors & Post graduate diploma : 10+2 with minimum 50%. German language A1/A2 level score is required & IELTS 6.0 overall not less than 5.5 in each modules. Masters : 10+2+3 or 10+2+4. Some University may ask for IELTS score of 6 or 6.5 overall.
Cost of Education & Living :The cost of education in German public universities is between €500-1000 semester ticket fees for both Undergraduate Courses Post-Graduate Courses. The cost of living is approximately €8000–9000 per year – covering food, transport, accommodation, entertainment, course materials and other necessities etc. However, Private institutions are usually primarily dependent on tuition fees for their funding and can charge up to €20,000 per year.
Major Cities :The major cities are Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Dortmund, Bremen etc.
Intakes :German universities have main two intakes September & January.
